    Finally passed 1500 mi for the year-my highest yearly total (by over 200 mi) since I started running in 2004. I was able to stay injury free and had that pace bunny pushing me along to help pass my original goal of 1300 miles. Now if I can run only 60 more to average 30 miles/week Smile

      Congratulations! To give that just a bit of perspective. Las Vegas to Chicago 1529 miles. (as the crow flies) Well done.
