Umm, yeah, 150 isn't going to happen. Can I have 100 please?
I'm at 114 now...actually a little better than I (re-) thought. This groin pull sucks! I had no idea it would take so long to heal! It doesn't actually hurt running...but sitting really hurts!
On the road again...
I'm with runnerclay. Shooting for 160. Looks like it'll be close...
Not as close as I thought. Finished up at 151.
I write. I read. I run. One time, I ran a lot on my 50th birthday.

Couple more than last month. Lets see if October will bring the same.

I'm swinging at the fences this month. I'm not sure which of them is the most ambitious. Regardless, I'm going to have to work hard for each of them. Goals: 1. 275 Miles 2. 5k 18:35 3. Half Marathon sub 1:30 4. Get more sleep

Goals:
1. 275 Miles
2. 5k 18:35
3. Half Marathon sub 1:30
4. Get more sleep
I ran every day but one. It was a good month.
1. Fail: 257 (don't care)
2. Pass: 18:22
3. Pass: 1:22:53
4. Fail: Grade F+
The sleep goal was the most ambitious and I failed. I'm carrying it over to next month.
Just a dude.

I ended up with 348.7
I'll take it...
Getting back in shape... Just need it to be a skinnier shape...
118 miles of slow for me. It is what it is. Looking forward to getting stronger again soon. Boo.
Mine was a rubbish month with my recovery and then work getting in the way and then now getting a heavy cold...infuriating
Jerry A runners blog-updated daily
Came up a little short at 224 this month, but considering the really bad ankle sprain that forced me to take a few days off and the death ni the family, I'm happy with that. I am in taper mode now so mileage will start to decrease a bit over the next few weeks.
I'll be starting to taper later in the month. Plus a few races. Goals: 1. 200 miles 2. Weight under 55kg 3. 5k PR (4th Sep) 4. Half marathon PR (19th Sep)

1. 200 miles
2. Weight under 55kg
3. 5k PR (4th Sep)
4. Half marathon PR (19th Sep)
And the reckoning....
1. 189 miles. Calf injury on 27th Sep took out 3 of the last 4 days otherwise I'd have been pretty much spot on.
2. Dear god no. I have been such a pig this month!
3. Unfortunately the 5k champs were cancelled (earthquake). I ran a PR equalling 5k a few days later in a small local race.
4. Oh yes 1.33.09, a PR by a bit over 5 minutes.
Imminent Catastrophe

OK, that's the best excuse EVER!
