I have a goal 5k in July...June needs to prep me for it
Okay, lets try for 200 mile again. (came close in May, should just about hit 190 tonight)
5K PR on June 30th (shooting for sub-19:00)
No races scheduled till July so maybe now I can get my mileage in.
Goals:200 miles
3 solid 5k practice "races" (meaning, no formal race, just setting out to see what I can do)
I fly.
225 miles. I went there. I'm going to do it. Bam.

50K this weekend in what looks to be freakin' hot weather.
Do some speed training again. I'll go with once a week.
1. 200 203 miles
2. 27 run days (or the real goal is 3 off days)
3. 1 "speed" (I heard you laughing at me calling it that...!) session per week, and a mid-week longish (trying to improve 10K and 1/2 Marathon times)
4. Stay ahead of Ileneforward in ytd. (huff, huff)
