Just a little information about the group.

If you look at the numbers thru November and see 0 mi, that means none were logged. If you see a blank, that means I don’t have access to the member’s log – which is fine – but if you would like your numbers posted you can always mail me and I’ll update the post. Finally, it is easier for me if you have Overall Bike totals on the summary page.

Below is the log from 12/1/11 @ 12:37 showing the last time an athlete visited the group. Next year I might delete the members who haven’t been here since 2010.

      Hi hi! Big grin

            Bike riders are jerks.

I'm still 78 miles short partly to do with a previous calf tear and currently due to me tripping over a blown lorry tyre and skinning both knees and one elbow, it's looking touch and go.

Old age is when you move from illegal to prescribed drugs.

I'm still here.  Going to come up short on the running again but had a nice year otherwise.  Getting a new Salsa Spearfish for the trails and hoping to ramp up the running in 2012 as well.

Good luck to those who made their goals in 2011.

For those of us that didn't let's lets start getting after it!

Actually, no, but I am hoping that will change.

                  Happy New Year!

Chenille. Nice to hear from you, how's the weather your end? After two bad years we have temperatures upto 12 / 13C but it's very windy

I was one  of those who didn't make it this year due to injury...Sad  However, first 5k race in 2012 I did a PR - so 2012 looking good so far. Wink

                      Welcome back Chenille.

Hi Jules! Weather is a sore point right now - I will settle for temps getting back up to 0 - this sub-zero stuff is hitting early this year, To top it off, before it got really cold, we ended up with close to twice our normal average of snowfall. It's trainer time!!!!

Joe! Congrats on the successful injury recovery and early PR - great way to start the year!
