      Whoohooo...I'm winnin' on the bike!  Heh, but not so hot on the run.  Not planning to hit 1000 miles on-foot, this year.  Probably more like 750-800, as my mileage is going to decline a bit after my duathlon in 5.5 weeks.

      Getting the wind knocked out of you is the only way to

      remind your lungs how much they like the taste of air.

          I've heard really good things about that ride.  I may have to put that on my schedule some year.  This year I am tentatively planning to do the One Day Ride Across MI.  Assuming my hubby's cousin doesn't get married that day (she had been talking about that day as a wedding day, but we've heard nothing since).  She needs to shit or get off the pot, since Derek is an ODRAM organizer and I'd like to ride.
