      Yesterday I hit my bike mileage goal for the year...woot!  A couple of weeks ago I hit my 1000k running goal, as well.  I'd like to see maybe 725 miles on-foot by NYE.  Next year I think I will shoot for 3500 miles on the bike (fewer miles, but more of them on my mtn and CX bikes, so probably just as many hours logged and with some added intensity) and a full thousand running, again.
