      Broke my right wrist on weds. Get cast on 12/5. Hopefully can get back to running soon and recumbent trainer at gym. Sad

            Hope you heal quickly, having spent 13 years in the Army plus various other dangerous pursuits including many miles of racing on an MTB my worse injury was breaking my ankle carrying the shopping homeClown
