It just so happens I have one from last night, PDR (my DW) and I had dinner with evanflein from Alaska (no she doesn't know Sarah Palin).

evanflein has maybe 80 miles on me for the year, and she just finished the Equinox marathon in AK, which has a 2000 foot climb and a 2000 foot descent, screamingly fast.
