      Tomorrow is race number 10, and unless something big and bad happens I should win the 40-49 AG for the Good Times Spring series.  So the goal is to avoid big bad things.

          Saturday - Market Square 10K, Portsmouth NH.  I'll say 43:55.

            Thursday: 

            - 1 mile race at Dover, DE

            - Beat as many 40-and-ups as possible. Not a clue, but guessing 5:30 maybe.

             

            Saturday:

            - Chasing a dream 5k at Milford, DE Applebees.

            - PR and then eat free pankakes. They're gonna make pankakes that morning at Applebees, supposedly.

              Tuesday night - Nashville Striders All-comers track series. Goals: 800m 2:50, 1-mile 5:59 (pull me through, Trent!!!!)

              Saturday morning - Ellies Run for Africa 5k. Goal: < 21:10 after a huge week of training

                Helvetia Half Marathon - I run this one every year no matter what....happy birthday to me! 

                 

                Sheesh...time goal.  Blah blah blah.  I'm still not back yet.  Sub 1:50.  If I went below 1:48 I would be thrilled but I dont see that.

                  Awesome!  Let's pull each other.  I am still undecided about the 800 (as I am a bit about the 1600; I am in that scary taper place where all I can do is hurt myself and cannot necessarily help myself at the penultimate goal race in a week and a half).

                              Well we all know what the big goal is - if it starts to feel wierd just hop off the track. I'm a little unsure about the 800 myself. It may turn into a 4:00 800m (my comfy place).
