The blue ball shuffle just not doing it for ya?
Dude. I just shuffle jogged 6 and change. It was, in some ways, harder than the last 6 miles at Bay State. In addition to the whole aching balls thing, I spent like 8 hours on a train yesterday and got home at 1 AM, didn't really eat anything today and got a side stitch. A side stitch?? WTF? I can't even really remember what it feels like to really run anymore. And it hasn't even been
that
long has it? I feel like I'm on another planet.

Yeah it's easier to jog backwarks because that way I can pull my balls in a wagon.

I am not a good patient. My wife and I had this conversation (again) last night. She called me stupid. Again.
