Something different this week. Signed up for the Ontario Masters Track and Field Association

And, just in time for last outdoor race of the season....

Saturday - Ontario Masters 5K Cross Country - Guelph ON - Goal <21:00 and not finish last in AG

Looking forward to more Masters Events - like indoor track this winter, where I will be beaten badly on a regular basis as I try to use these races to improve.

MTA: I almost forgot, no, I did forget, I am also racing Sunday

Thanksgiving morning. Atlanta Half. Goal ... let's say sub 1:40. The real goal this week is to drink the 4 growlers and whatever 12 ounce units that I brought down south along with me, and most importantly, enjoy the family time.
