Shiver by the River Sunday in Reading, PA. 5K or 10K (you can literally decide the last minute, it's a two loop course). I may DNS since as Quint said we may have some weather and it's a 50 mile drive one way.
5K goal = Sub 21
10K goal = Sub 45:20 (PR).
If I show up I will probably run the 10K since that PR is pretty soft.
Semi-retired.
I'm running somewhere tomorrow. It's going to be beautiful. I can't wait.
