      Right now I am sick, but plan on a local 8K (Elizabeth 8K in Charlotte, NC) this weekend. Goal is to break 40:00 if I get better. Will be a 10 min CR from 2 years ago.
        Sam Costa Half Marathon, Saturday 28th, Carmel IN, Shooting for a 1:35-ish...don't know what I'd be capable of with the mileage I've put in. This will be a PR no matter what though. First HM ever.
          Sunday. March 29. Knoxville. 26.2 Goal time....anything under 3 hours...and to NOT take out mile 1 in 5:55.

          Thunder smash!

            Sat. 28th. 10 mile trail race in Chattanooga. Goal: win.

              I'm with makers. Looking for similar time which is a PR -14.

                  @BeachesRunner

                    Sunday - March 29. Hamilton (near Toronto) 30K Goal time - 2:20 or better which is slightly faster than marathon goal race pace 6 weeks later. This particular race is a good one, touted as 'Older than Boston" with it being run since 1894 http://www.aroundthebayroadrace.com/

                    Blaine Moore (MM#2867)

                      Saturday, 28th, Fat Ass 50k at Bradbury Mountain in Pownal, ME - well, it's actually 8x4 mile loops, so it's a little longer than that. No real goals, I'll probably do 6-7 laps of the course (it hits the summit once and almost hits it another time each loop) and will probably do 1 lap before anybody gets there to drop flags so people know which way to go. (And so that I'll have another loop on slightly more solid footing than I expect by the end of the day.) I'd like to finish running by noon or 1:00, which will mean running for 4-6 hours. Actual Goal: Eat lots of good food between each lap at the aid station. (No race entry fee, but runners are encouraged to bring food stuffs.)

                        Eastern States 20 Miler, Kittery, ME, 2:40; PR-24 or do a dgb2n.

                        You suck. You should just quit. Jackass. Welcome back.

                          do a dgb2n.

                              Nope. http://www.rockcreek.com/rivergorge/ I just peeked at the results. It goes pretty fast: will probably take 6:00 7:00 pace on hilly singletrack trails w/rocks and stream crossings to win. MTA: Uh. Yeah.

                              Non ducor, duco.
