And of course, you can understand why he would use the car wash since the vacuum cleaner at home wouldn't have enough suction.

So glad the Saginaw County legislators had the foresight to pass a law making this specific act illegal. Really? Somehow I'd expect a charge of indecent exposure, or trespassing. Methinks the lawmakers have a little too much time on their hands, and not enough other work to do.
