                    Trail Run 5M; may run it with kids. So also doing another 5K (Optimist 5K) so I can get yet another sub-19 non-PR.

                    It's a 5k. It hurt like hell...then I tried to pick it up. The end.

                          Sunday, April 26, Glass City Marathon. PR time, goal: sub 3:35. Lets see if I can manage this one a bit better. May run the half with a goal time of sub 1:40 depending on how I feel.
