Nutcracker 5K on Sat morning, after 10mi group run -- our "Idiot's Half" tradition. Dunno what the heck to put for a goal, so I'll say goal=win.

It's a 5k. It hurt like hell...then I tried to pick it up. The end.

psssst Amores, I think there aren't that many races this weekend, and most folks have a .....um....life. Big grin

speaking of running, a group in my running club have convinced me that going to midnite Mass on Saturday night and running the Bolsa Chica wetland trail at 8 am on Christmas morning together sounds like a great idea. Cool

Fail. 19:17. Second by a ways (30-45sec). The CC kid ahead of me was fading into the headwind in the return, but so was I; I think I closed a bit on him, but didn't make it competitive.

Hmmm, Dec (26 Monday) Boxing Day 10 Miler goal 1:14 (3:20 marathon pace) nothing fancy - forst race since fall marathion. Just want to get through it really.
