        Sweet.

5/29/11.  Onionman Olympic Distance Triathlon (1500m swim, 40k bike, 10k run).  Walla Walla, Washington.  Overall time goal around 2:06:00.  It would be nice to crack 37 minutes for the 10k run split.

I wonder if there's an announcer at the finish line to tell the finishers, "You are an Onionman!"

I am not in as good shape this year as I was last year, or the year before, and I'm doing a 5k/50k double instead of a 5k/25k double, but my goal is to set course PRs anyway.

In 2009 I ran 3:51:55 in the 50k, and last year I ran 18:58 in barefoot 5k and 1:48:23 in the 25k.  The last few years have been hot with dry ground, this year it's been raining for weeks and will probably be raining this weekend, so I don't know how well that will translate.

Either way, should be a fun weekend of racing.

Goal:  not certain but 1:06 seems about right I guess. Think PR is out of the question. Doing a little taper. So, maybe I can get some lucky magic.

                        Current Goals: Run

Skoot...you should change it to May 30th. there are a lot of races on Monday this long weekend....just sayin.

How do you keep your feet on the ground, when you know you were born to fly?

                          Skooter 2.5

Fine...due to popular demand and PMs, I will include the 30th in this week...but don't count on the FCTEB on Tuesday, it's my thirtieth birthday, and I'll be busy doing whatever the fuck I want.

                            Goals?

                              Okay, now that that's settled....
