          Vernonia HM.  Wow um...Havent decided if I am doing this as a training run or an untapered race.  And since my time will suck anyway lets go with....<2:07    sigh.    If this keeps going I am going to start racewalking for kicks.  It's really good for the hip muscles right?

            i'm not really sure how this one is going to go.  i have had a string of bad workouts and have been fatigued.  i took yesterday off and hopefully that will promote my recovery a little bit and get me feeling better.

              Some Monkey dude talked me into running a 5 mile race in Nashville. Call it sub 31 if I can find the start line. sheesh

                   Is that an out-and-back or is there a loop I'm not aware of?  I used to run the trail along the Wabash occasionally.

                  2013 goals:  Kick some arse.  Moreso than 2012.

                      Hartford Quarter Marathon, Hartford, CT.  Brain says 58 mins, McMillan says 56.  Split the difference and call it 57:00

                        Its an out and back.  The start is in Battleground.  I believe the half marathon will turnaround just north of downtown Lafayette.

                            That is a great trail to run on if it's cleared and the conditions are right, a very beautiful run.  I'm trying to imagine 2-way traffic on it though!!

                              Figured I would start the Spring races with a short one, Fresh Pond 2.5 in Cambridge, goal - no clue what kind of shape I'm in, let's say 14:30
