          Goal: 1:07:30

I haven't raced a 10 miler in almost 2 years, so my official PR is pretty soft... but my 10 mile split in a 25k last fall was 1:08:41. We'll see. I'm bummed we're not going to make it to TN this weekend for Tom King. It's been a few years since I missed that one, i'll miss you guys Sad Stupid expensive flights.

How do you keep your feet on the ground, when you know you were born to fly?

Ras na hEirann 5k in Somerville, MA, goal is sub 18

Not sure how smart or realistic this is since I'm running the first 20 miles of the Boston course on Sat.

            Eh we'll see

Hint: ingratiate yourself with the Irish on St Patrick's  Day by wearing orange. The leprechaun/green suit thing is too clichéd.

              The process is the goal.

Men heap together the mistakes of their lives, and create a monster they call Destiny.

Hey, it's on a treadmill!  Everyone knows that is harder.

Hey, Illene, we've got another sandbagger here.  I'm running out of stamps.

It's a 5k. It hurt like hell...then I tried to pick it up. The end.

Yeah.  I was very pleased with that run.
