On eight weeks of solid, post-injury training I'd love to run a Boston PR under 3:27. So maybe that's the real goal. I just shouldn't say it out loud. So I'll just whisper it to the internet.

My recent HM predicts 57:44. Training has been feeling very good, workouts decidedly decent. I'm up for being moderately aggressive on this one.
2013 goals: Kick some arse. Moreso than 2012.

Boston 18151 I'll be happy with 4:20. 4:15 is my stretch goal
In reality I have no idea. I'm not well trained, I have no idea how my back will hold up with a 6 hour flight. Right now I am getting PT twice a week and by the end of the weekend I am in a fair bit of pain, so if I could fly my PT to boston that would help. Some days I run pain free, some days, not so much.

Brighton Marathon. England.
Goal was going to be <2:50. Lack of any training to speak of for the last 6 weeks (!) means a revision is needed.
Goal is now <3:00.
Would still be happy with that in my debut road marathon.

It's a 5k. It hurt like hell...then I tried to pick it up. The end.
April 17 Exeter Marathon Exeter, RI
April 19 Boston Marathon #13189
Goal: For both, ABOVE 3:45
The goal for this weekend is to not to be stupid and get caught up in the excitement, and absolutely not to BQ at either race. I have a 24 hour race on May 1, and want to use both these races as fun long runs. 3:59 would be good. I'll be happy with slower than that, too. We will see. I have a feeling, at this pace I will be DFL at Exeter.
