Can they fit a 400m track in CT? Good luck, I think you'll enjoy it. Depending on field size there will be jostling. Running is a contact sport.

Jul 17, PR the 3200 by breaking 11:00, working w Phil - he takes 1,2, and 5, I take 3,4, and 6, and hopefully we both push 7 & 8. (Yeah, I know I need to move this to the next racing thread, but as usual my race is right at the start of the next racing thread)
Phil pulled out due to hamstring. At least one runner & one volunteer have pulled out due to triple digit weather. But I may as well go out flaming down in failure anyway. That's the kind of can't do attitude that is really going to help me, I'm sure.
It's a 5k. It hurt like hell...then I tried to pick it up. The end.
You GO TeaOlive!! 50 miler is on my bucket list.
Candice - Good luck at Torchlight tomorrow night. I'm registered but not racing as my heels aren't 100% and not ready to road race.
