Here's to Pauly consulting a ouija board to catch up on the RWOL peeps mileage. Go Pauly.

It's a 5k. It hurt like hell...then I tried to pick it up. The end.

I come in peace. Or something.

And with my almost 2000 miles.

      PRs:  Marathon (2:55:08; '11)  Half (1:21:14; '12)  10k (36:28; '11)  5k (17:48; '11)

Also maybe they'll boost us over 100 finishers?

Which is something that we obviously were incapable of accomplishing elsewise.

Although I am told there are not rules in the swamp - My personal rule is I do not apologize ... unless it is completely filled with sarcastic undertones.

Everything I say has sarcastic undertones, so we're good. I knew I'd like this group when I saw that the home page contained gratuitous profanity. I swear I won't start any DAILIES threads or anything if you let me stay. I mostly lurk, post the occasional snarky comment, and ask a few running questions every now and then.

I use to do a little but a little wouldn't do it, so the little got more and more. I just keep trying to get a little better, said a little better than before.

Seems we will be short on making 100 this year ... Since the kicking out happened.

Common people - Don't let me finish my 3rd lap before you do your 1st ... get your asses in gear.

            I fly.

              I hit it today. 11/29

              Bring it on.

              Fast is better than long

Very saddened by the mass kick last night; we had a lot of people in that last 50-100 miles.

                What in the Jehu?

They'll come back on their own. If they don't, they were never really ours in the first place.

In which case they owe us rent, and we need to put repo men onto them, right?

Some crazy peeps here. If a lot of L&Oers start logging here, we would have over 100 2000+ runners in no time. Problem is that most of us are lazy to do that. I know I had 2000 miles before Eugene marathon this year, but who gives a fuck ? This DopplerDood or whatever is his name is a bit insane. I like him. Last time I ran that much was in 1984. Man I'm old..

Slow and steady never wins anything.

So Goo, you're apparently a speedy guy...or used to be, or whatever. In your opinion is Eugene a fast course?

How do you keep your feet on the ground, when you know you were born to fly?

No problem.......and yes I think Eugene is a good, fast course (not as fast as CIM). Well organized race, good support. I liked it.
