          Sun, 10mi race, try to keep up with David (haven't ever been able to do so over 10K)

          It's a 5k. It hurt like hell...then I tried to pick it up. The end.

                619 Avg for one hour?? That will be impressive for an ultra runner without alot of faster stuff at that pace lately..hope you nail it.

                  It's very cool to see there are still one hour races out there.  It would be fun to see this on the elite level in the U.S. considering the American records go back to 1977 and 1981.  (The world records are much more current.)

                    2-26. Cowtown Marathon. Fort Worth, Tx. Weather looks good, maybe slightly windy. Course a little hilly www.cowtownmarathon.org Perfect mental and physical day and luck and extra minute out of nowhere and might break 2:35. Likely will break 2:40 unless pacing goes drastically wrong. Set goal at 2:36:59, almost a 7 min PR if I make it. Basically plan to run 6:00 til 18 or so then see how many 540-545's I can close with without blowing up. Unless a bunch of the big guys from Dallas show up (not sure why they would since no prize money), probably will put me around 5OA.

                      4mi trail race on Sat. Like last week, my goal will be to race the other people. (I'll also run faster than last year for a time goal - but that will be easy, I think.)

                      It's a 5k. It hurt like hell...then I tried to pick it up. The end.

                            Lostinthenet,10 miles, Jones 10 miler, Finish would love to beat 3 yrs ago time as that would be a PR but since last weeks 10 miler was 20 min slower not expecting it. Goal is to finish and not hurt myself.

                              No it was a total fail...didn't get in the right mindset. Should have went under 40:30 Wimped out on last two miles.

                                Nice work CT. Was this on a track? Would like to see your splits? Must have been tough mentally if it was on a track.
