    How fast?
Forget it. You're doing Radnor. I did the 2 X 11.2 last week. I need fresh scenery. And company. Besides, I suspect there's a lot of the 11.2 in the near future.

Me and a select few from the Franklin group I run with are just gonna do the 11.2 twice instead of the 11.2 + Radnor. We're gonna start at 6 instead so we can hit the water stop twice. Just sayin.
I know you aren't asking for my opinion....but here it is anyway. I don't know anyone that's do the 11.2 x 2 in prep for a marathon and run a good marathon after that. Just FYI, and take that for what it's worth.

Time for the relaunch.  Stay tuned....

        How fast?
I dunno. As fast as Catie and Greg E. want to run.

How do you keep your feet on the ground, when you know you were born to fly?

I did it before Las Vegas. Of course... I did it in October and Vegas was in December. You might have a point.

            Fair enough
wah wah wah, I broke my leg once neardoubling the 11.2 and so nobody else should ever try, despite that fact that numerous people who apparently I don't know HAVE doubled the 11.2 and gone on to smack down new marathon PRs, which just embitters me all the more.
Yeah, I know folks who have PRd after doubling the 11.2 as well.

I'm running somewhere tomorrow. It's going to be beautiful. I can't wait.

Anybody PR after k-3? Um. Yeah. Houston, we may have a problem. Here's hoping you're right and Andrew isn't.

Did Thunder really break his leg?
I did. But it wasn't running the 11.2 Nevermind, that's nastier than I remembered.

I only know one idiot who was idiot enough to k3, and he never PRs.

I may be jogging the CMM. Maybe I'll wear a gorilla suit.

I never tried to double the 11.2 and breaking my leg has nothing to do with any of this. Besides I'm not saying it can't be done...just that I personally know a few folks who thought the 11.2 x 2 was a good idea in marathon training and they underperformed in their goal races. You spend too much time out there, if you're running it easy then it should take you around the same time you plan on finishing the marathon. Who out there thinks that a hilly as hell 3:30 training run is good for someone training to run a 3:30 marathon? Anyone? Mikey....Jeff....anyone besides Trent and JK? Like I said, just my opinion...and you didn't ask for it...so I should probably shut up.

Time for the relaunch.  Stay tuned....

Hey, I never said it was smart. Me doing something and me claiming something is smart are two very different things. Ask the hedgehog. And pretty much everything Trent does is dumb.

Good to know...and I agree, I do dumb stuff all the time too! Just not the 11.2 x 2. I'd actually like to do it sometime...I just won't do it leading up to a marathon i'm trying to BQ or PR at. It would be it's own event for me.
