Are you guys still on his (amazing) marathon? That's so four days ago. What about that 5K raced the day after? Now that's something.
It's a 5k. It hurt like hell...then I tried to pick it up. The end.
And then he ran raced a 5k the next day too. Granted, that one wasn't a PR, but still impressive.

The tax refund I got today is burning a hole in my pocket. I am an idiot for getting a sizeable refund and not adjusting our withholding, but every April/May I feel rich because of it.

I'll just mention in passing that BadDawg got a hug from me, and then went on to race his shiny new sub-three marathon PR moments later, and had the energy to race a 5k the next morning as well.

While we're at it who is going to start the bhearn thread? Dude ran only his 2nd sub 3 and a PR two years after retiring from marathons...(which is interesting from several angles.)
