    This weeks standouts are Corlands 1:30.smidge on a less than great track. Wind with another big PR.

     

    But I have to say Don stood out. Congratulations on your MFEBEight ball.

      Thanks man.  I definitely think I'm in shape for a 76 minute half.  That 45 miler the week prior had me doubting if I could even go 80 minutes.  Legs just felt like concrete the entire first part of the week and didn't really start to open up until late Thursday.  With the ice and insane amount of sharp turns on that course I'm thrilled with a high 78 minute finish.  Will aim for 76 or even 75 next year.
