Kick ass Mandy!
How do you keep your feet on the ground, when you know you were born to fly?

Good Times 5k tonight. I'm just going to run the race the Spaghetti Monster sets before me. I honestly can't tell if I'm overconfident or underconfident, overnervous or undernervous. I do think that I think I'm ready for a run. Finishing in three hours would be a personal worst, but given the right conditions I think it is a possibility.
E.J.Greater Lowell Road RunnersCry havoc and let slip the dawgs of war!May the road rise to meet you, may the wind be always at your back, may the sun shine warm upon your SPF30, may the rains fall soft upon your sweat-wicking hat, and until you hit the finish line may The Flying Spaghetti Monster hold you in the hollow of His Noodly Appendage.
Have you tapered adequately for this 5k?
