What percent of my run with a heart rate monitor counts for running? 87% or so?
It's a 5k. It hurt like hell...then I tried to pick it up. The end.

Sometimes when I run at the YMCA - my TM will pick up someones heart rate monitor. It is often weird if it reads 160+ and the people anywhere near me are walking a liesurely pace.
Although it was really weird this morning. I woke up my 8 year old daughter and we were pretending to go back to sleep, so i had my head on her chest ... Her heart rate must have been well over 100 1st thing in AM - That did not seem right.

Every night I try to play that pretend sleep game with my kid. She plays me like she's getting sleepier by the second, then at 12:15, she jumps up and just waltzes out of the room.
