                            Some sort of 10K up and down a hill. I'll say 40 to have a number. Also it has a nice name, so I'll go look it up. Greasey-Gooney

                            It's a 5k. It hurt like hell...then I tried to pick it up. The end.

                                He's 11 and a talented video game player. So, it surprised me when he came home one day and said he wanted to join cross country. That, and I had no idea they have cross country in middle school here. Man, there's some really fast 11 and 12 year olds who finish way, way, way ahead of him but it doesn't bother him and he seems to enjoy it. So, we're getting in an occasional run together and maybe a local 5k here or there as long as he still enjoys it.
