Do you need volunteers to work the race? I'm not stupid enough yet to run it, but I might be stupid enough to volunteer.

        it has "Not a hill"

Could one get ones DW entered as well?  50 states thing going on and The Monkey would be perfect for TN.   I would get in big trouble getting in TN without her doing so as well.

Does this course have any hills?  It is pretty flat compared to the flying pig right?

My understanding is that part of the lottery weighting involves beer bribes ~ Nothing mass produced like Sam Adams Boston Lager or Fat Squirell, but beer that is not available withing a few hundred miles of Nashville.

Maybe Monkey needs a qualification scheme.

Please please please!   I shall ply you with brews from New England as well as really beautiful handknit(s) (knit with all natural fibres by my little monkey hands) for your chillins if it would grease the monkey wheels.

Only the man behind the curtains knows the weighting scheme. And he will only know how to weight you if he knows you are interested.

I'm in.  But on a positive note, this will give me a chance to use the discount pricing to buy some Belgian Red at our local grocery store.  I've always wanted to do that.

There was a point in my life when I ran. Now, I just run.

Back beat, the word was on the street
That the fire in your heart is out
I'm sure you've heard it all before
But you never really had a doubt
