Friday, 10mi relay, goal: run whole thing and PR

Sun, 10mi, goal: only lose one point in the standings

It's a 5k. It hurt like hell...then I tried to pick it up. The end.

3rd HM ever, and first since 2001, so this may be a bit aggressive (or maybe not, I haven’t got a clue), especially given the course, but gotta go big.

I'm so jealous.  I love this race.  It is pretty cool to get to run by a half dozen Frank Lloyd Wright Houses then get to watch the men race.  Two years ago I got to watch two guys battle it out for a mid-14 finish.  Not too shabby for a small suburban race.

I should clarify - I am actually looking forward to being able to watch the men's race, I know quite a few of the participants.  Should be a fun time, once the women's race is complete!
