Akron Marathon
sub 2:58
Just signed up last week for this so I didn't follow a real training plan. But I've run more miles this year than ever before so there's that.
I've been the 3:30 or 3:40 pacer each of past 6 years at this race but have never raced it.

Um, yeah, people with 36:06 10k's don't put 1:25 as a goal for a HM. That's a marathon half split for you.
Runners run.
Oh and...
Wilmington Half Marathon, Wilmington, MA -- sub 1:20
Not in Chicago
Wilmington Half Marathon, Wilmington, MA sub 1:33.
You suck. You should just quit. Jackass. Welcome back.
Heh, mcmillan says 1:20-1:21 based on those 5k and 10k times, but he has been known to lie to me in the past.
and damn I would rather be running Wilmington, but the gf has a triathlon on Sunday and seeing how I race about 30 times a year and she races about 3, I figured I should do Salem, since its on Sat.
mileage hound
Corporate Challege 5K, Indianapolis IN - 15:59 - Because my speed sucks
Corporate Challenge 800m - 2:15 - Because they need someone and I am a FCKNG idiot and will probably rip a hamstring a month out from my marathon. I have not run faster than 2:12 since HS so this is a fair goal.
2013 goals: Kick some arse. Moreso than 2012.

So you admit you're sandbagging badly?
A couple of my buddies are running Salem because there's prize money there, but since I am not capable of partaking in any of that, I'm running Wilmington because it's closer, flatter and $20 cheaper.
Fred Brown Lake Winnipesaukee Relay
