SIT AND KICKER!!
I miss the days when I could sit and kick. You always run near the same people local race after race. What great memories of being in shape to roll with them and then with a mile to go dropping them like they were standing still. Now I am irrevelant in races that we are all in. I finish minutes back - Man if I ever get back into shape - I am gonna appreciate it this time.
I am known for my speed. a good kick really comes in handy after an 18 hour run.
Great racing by you and Ben last weekend.
Thanks
you brewing a new blog entry about it or what ? the people want more details.
I am brewing, yes. Soon!
Brewed.
I was with Ben on Saturday when he hit 2000.....~5 miles into our slightly hung-over 8 miler . We high fived. Good times.
(Carl, can you make the names in the list link th their logs?)
I'm running somewhere tomorrow. It's going to be beautiful. I can't wait.
