What does Tunis make?
It's a 5k. It hurt like hell...then I tried to pick it up. The end.
"Race Across The Sky"
My guess is that this week I'll start making some serious strides on the pages of folks ahead of me on the YTD list now... Moved from page 5 to page 3 already.

Yep. Ok. But they have hopefully only logged the miles that they have run. It is a running log.
I might walk 10 miles just going about my daily business most days. That would add a significant amount to my "mileage" were I to log it.
If you are going to do this properly Blaine, then grow a pair and just log miles run.

I don't count random walking distance, just hiking type miles that is part of my training. *shrug* The majority will be running. Besides, now that it's double digits, I don't have time to walk many of the miles anyway. I work 45 hours a week, I coach, and I have my info-publishing business that I need to keep running on top of running all the miles and promoting the challenge.

See Purdey what you don't get is that in the U.S. walking is a workout. Daily business? That's why they invented the S.U.V.
Here's the question: what's the over/under on Run2Win catching scovill?
And hey Blaine don't sweat it. This is probably the only place in the world where folks will be less than totally blown away that you are doing this. And that's why you're here.
In the fight between you and the world, back the world. --Kafka The Logic of Long Distance
Scovill lives in Minnesota, owns a treadmill, it's still football season and the average game takes about 3 1/2 hours. R2W will not catch him unless he gets another freak broomball injury.
mr train you are a pain, your words - they make me go insane
they strike my ever-thinking brain like little drops of acid rain
oh, to my life you are a bane; crazy, mixed up, mr train - r2e
I gotta believe in this guy; he's clearly a reliable expert predictor. And hopefully this contest won't be marred by dumb conferences that can't keep their wildcards in check.
My treadmill is currently broken, and I can't watch football while using it even if it did work, and it wouldn't be able to stay on for 3.5 hours at a stretch in the best of circumstances (nor could I, on a treadmill, for that matter...)
I'd say that's probably pretty accurate.

He doesn't own one, he has one at work.
Scovill aint a pansy ass...he gets out on the roads. And everyone knows that any miles us Minnesotans put in on the roads in this godawful weather should count at least double. Like our 14 miler yesterday you should read as 24.
How do you keep your feet on the ground, when you know you were born to fly?

That's a very good question.
