2000 miles of whiny ass babies who should run more FU

I'm in a bad mood already today... (Read 520 times)

Fast is better than long

A co-worker just said in the coffee room, "You're a jogger too, huh?"

    Disapprove

    Give a man a fire and he'll be warm the rest of the night;
Set a man afire and he'll be warm the rest of his life.

    What in the Jehu?

Someone told their kid to "move over and let the jogging lady pass"...not liking the jogger or lady bit (when did I become lady, not girl).

So, is your coworker a jogger?

"Don't walk in front of me; I may not follow.  Don't walk behind me; I may not lead.  Just walk beside me and be my friend."

        I am offended.

          I'm a jogger - Your a jogger - Don't you want to be a jogger too?

I just happen to jog really farther than some poeple

We like to categorize people based on our own perspective and criteria - If a bunch of elite 5k runners saw you run/jog past before the start of their golden league race - Do you think they would think runner or jogger?

If Rory, Phil and Tiger saw you playing golf ~ Would they think golfer or hacker?

Common man!  Your not even semi-pro material ... We are all hobbyjoggers around here

See, if I was called a hobbyjogger I wouldn't mind.  Just the lone jogger makes it feel dirty.

And yes, I agree we are all joggers....but the people I chat to who don't jog or run at all do distinguish jogging and running...and they do seem to fit jogger as the category with a doughnut bottle, too many cotton clothes and 3 miles a week...and the runner is the Olympian....there isn't a transition from jogger to runner via hobbyjogger or equivalent, it's just black and white...I prefer grey.

              Your run marathon too?

I ran the Shamrock Shuffle 8k marathon last St Paddy's day.

The world needs a little more forgiveness and less anger ... can't we all just get along.

                I'm not a runner or a jogger because I've never run a marathon...not even a 5k one.

I don't like forgiving, it ruins my sulk.

I fail to meet my personal criterial for a runner - I am a jogger.

I'm a jogger too (but my criteria make DB somewhere between non-human and runner)....but I'm allowed to say that I'm a jogger, other people might have different definitions and they might be more insulting.  Sometimes I'm not even that, sometimes I revert to being an armchair runner.

See, I'm in a good mood because I got my jogging done early today.

Ask your coworker to go for a jog. You might feel better.

                      Runners run.

.. can't we all just get along.

No. No we can't. Tell your co-worker to go fuck themself.

Yesterday on my lunchtime run, I passed a fella who was about 2min/mi slower pace at the time. I said, "good job." He responded, "Normally, I would chase you down, but today is not that day."

In my mind, I thought never might be that day. And "Thanks" or "You too" might have been a better response.

I agree it's perspective, but one of teh perspectives that matters most to me is mine Wink

I once ran jogged a few miles with Pauly. And I run jog 2 m/m slower than he does usually.

                                But not that day.
