                                Saturday 6th British Duathlon Championship, 10k run, 40k time trial, 5K run, goal qualify for English age group team for the World Duathlon Championships. 

                                 

                                Luckily most people are dead before they reach my age so there isn't much opposition.

                                 

                                Sunday 7th hilly 7 mile local league race because my club is short of "vets", primary goal get to the finish start line secondary goal finish race.  To make it more interesting I'm hoping to cycle to the race and back about 25 miles in total.
