I'm running somewhere tomorrow. It's going to be beautiful. I can't wait.
Last week I had work and family stuff from before dawn until after dark nearly every day and then worked both Saturday and Sunday. I got a grand whopping total of 12 miles, or something pitiful like that. I would not have been able to run much no matter when it was during the training cycle. That is the problem with running and having a life. Sheesh.
You'll ruin your knees!

You Nashvillians taper way too much. Oops did I say that out loud? Sorry. But these are the dangers of hanging out in a "running" forum the week of your marathon.
