2000 miles of shots in the ass

I'm sick of Hansons already (Read 587 times)

    Nader has a blog? Huh.

Yeah, I pretty much hid it for a while. The audience was pretty much a church youth group, so it was kind of preachy, something I never quite cared to direct at the general public, and these days, even at a church youth group. Now it's more, here I am, take it or read one of the one million other things on the information superhighway.  Happy New Year, Purdy. They still try and get me to give a homily at the church now and again. I just want to hang out with my daughter. I mean what kind of jerk leaves his sick daughter at home to stand up and give a sermon?  I figured that one out by myself.  Here's your sermon: "My daughter's got a cough. I'm not coming. Go in Peace!" It's 2013 and I'm almost 36. I care less every day what people think of me. I'm happy if a person benefits from the blog, but I don't care much what they think of me in the process. I write it mostly for me. It helps me think through things and connect them.  Read it if you like or -- like they say in the Swamp -- "don't if you've got something better to do." Like I said, Happy New Year!

But does Hansons distinguish the mile from the 1600?

It's a 5k. It hurt like hell...then I tried to pick it up. The end.

          Was it all a dream?

I finished in the top 40 at three of the World Majors over the past couple years by following the Hansons (well, one in particular).  I'm thinking of switching over to the Mikeymike plan though.  Sounds like the long run in that plan tops out at 15mi rather than 16mi.  Sounds good to me Smile

I'm in the business of misery...

That might be a typo, his long run was 15 mins not miles.

Huh, Serge had a strong debut 50-miler.  Does that mean that a good training run is 18 pancakes then an 800 all-out?

After losing all the weight.. Paula Deen is considering doing Hansons.

When you're on your deathbed, you won't be wishing that you'd spent more time at the office.  But you will be wishing that you'd spent more time running.  Because if you had, you wouldn't be on your deathbed.

And that particular Hanson is the one who wrote the book.

Mikeys bitching about our coaches book...the one that we have not read. Granted, I have been on again off again following what he's been giving me since last fall. But i'm trying to get back on track.

Actually Luke Humphrey wrote the book.

I didn't mean Hanson as a last name. I meant Hanson as the group. He's a Brooks Hanson runner.
