12/1 -- 5k, Jolly Jaunt 5k -- sub 18 maybe 12/2 -- 9.5 mi, Mill Cities Relay leg 4 -- sub 59 minutes Saturday needs to be a sub-maximal effort both in terms of running and post-race drink up in order to leave something in the tank for Sunday, so 18 may be a stretch, we'll see.

Yeah, um, due to weather, last night's 800s with EJ, and also actually thinking about how this whole weekend is going to play out, I'm revising my goals thusly:
Jolly Jaunt -- sub 20, tempo run
MCR Leg 4 -- sub 60, hoist a brick
Runners run.
Sully...as in the guy who flew home early from Monkey while wasted off his ass?
How do you keep your feet on the ground, when you know you were born to fly?
break'n three
I don't know him well enough yet to say if it was because he was wasted or if he always introduces himself to each person 10 times.
Glad I built a good reputation while in Nashville.
I watched the new episode last night and looked for you guys. I'm assuming they had to cut you out.
Forecast for CIM is heavy rain, 28-mph headwind. Rain, schmain, but I don't like my chances with that wind. Strongly considering switching to RnR Las Vegas, or, more likely, Tucson, next weekend.
Tucson it is. Strike me for CIM, please.

Nice, so Scully changed it up. You couldn;t convince Lindsey to run the long one I'm in for the 2.5 mile on a swollen ankle...should be fun times..guess I need to make sure to pregame since it worked so well for me at Monkey MTA: guess I need a goal time now since somebody put me on the race list Goal: contribute to the co-ed masters team winning a brick..no clue on time but I guess 15-15:30 and hopefully not cause any additional damage to the ankle

quoted this since I added a goal and you'll probably not see it otherwise
I just found out that the girls have plans without me tomorrow morning so I'm going to run to the hills. I was planning a longer run on trails anyway, now I get to do it at 9am instead of 5am:
NJ Winter Trail Series
13.1
1:50? (trail equivalent of a 7:45 m/m road HM?)
This will be my first ever trail race, although I'm not really racing and I have run these trails in training (some years ago). I hope to find the therapeutic window (slow enough to not hurt, fast enough to get home before i'm missed).
Good racing everyone!
12/1 AMBS Reindeer Run 5k I have been telling myself for two weeks that this would be a bad idea. But I woke up this morning with the fever. Gun in 45 min. 19:30
