Girl's been doing work. Nice write-up, too.
I know what she means. You know, about the oatmeal.

Was piss flying all over your rivals?
In my heart, yes.

nice work R2E! great splits!
I finished the Winter Trail Series #1 HM at 1:39 and 7th overall. Definitely more of a workout than I wanted, but got into a groove early trading position with another runner (first female) and just kinda hung on until mile 11 or so (she was seriously shredding the downhills...and eventually me...).
Great race, the trails were fun (rolling hills, sloppy with a little mud and snow). I'm looking forward to getting a few more of these in as an alternative to the solo long runs.
Congrats R2E!
Well not me, I'm out this week. Who else is R2E's Scrabble rival?
Whoops, missed the audible. Good luck in Tuscon!

It's a 5k. It hurt like hell...then I tried to pick it up. The end.

Nice. I think I look at my Garmin about every 20 seconds.
