Cain 9:38 two mile, finished a second back of sheila reid.

Rupp barely missed the AR, 7:33 for 3k. Got beat by an 18 yo from Ethiopia...

MTA: Cain's 3200 2 miles HS PR is now 10 14s faster than mine.

If Hagos is really 18....DAMN. He would be faster already the Bekele ever was at that age and went from 14 Tight lipped x->12:47 last year.

Gebrhiwet's move was nice though, as he totally took Rupp by surprise and was smart because Rupp is the stronger kicker of the two.
