Idiot

    Don Kedick.

Kinda disappointed I didn't come up with that one.

Yes, I do "run in this."  So should you.  The weather is never as bad as it seems from behind your office or car window.

This is pretty funny in hindsight:

Who Will Win the 2010 Boston Marathon?
      Ryan Hall 34.4%

I prefer no plan no training.

        Hail to The Victors!

"No plan" training is a lot like jazz improvisation. You know what key you're playing in, you generally know what the most likely chord progressions are, and you just play.

I did something like this for Boston this spring.  I felt like it worked pretty well.  Well, I structured it a little more than that,  I'd say it was more like Prog Rock like Rush or Kansas.  I didn't plan out for a race more than a few weeks in advance, but I did do some planning for stuff like twenty milers. It was much different than the obsessing I did for Bayshore, and a lot more freeing.

The blog where it came from made me laugh, expecially the Lohan picture.  I'm immature, I admit.  CLICK.

Yeah. The Lohan one was very funny. As was the one of Jesus riding a dinosaur in 600 BC.

Passion is a rather frightening thing because if you have passion you don't know where it will take you.

When it’s all said and done, will you have said more than you’ve done?

Heh, glad to see you're staying loose.

Were you talking to Wejo or Danika?

No I was not...bonne chance, mikeymike!

                      I just like this photo:

                      Idiot

I saw the race that picture captures.  I can't decide if Acosta lets up at the end to let Wheating get the win.  It almost looks like he glances over and holds back just a little, but I can't imagine why anyone would do that.

                        I guess I'll go with a not-quite-convinced "no".

I guess he just likes his friend.
I watched it live too and my take is, no, he didn't let up.  He started celebrating early but he could not have overtaken Wheating.  They were all going all out.

                            You be the judge.
