I'm thinking about setting up a trail hurt locker.

And once again Mr. Wizard (aka: Stevie Ray) explains the internet.

So we need a trail swamp... wait -- is that even meaningful?

That is a great video. I love watching youtube clips from track races, especially older ones.  The pace in that race is mind boggling. In my best years he would not lap me, but I still could not imagine to go that fast. for 3000 meters.

Slow and steady never wins anything.

In my best years he would not lap me

Provide me with your name and the date, time and location of your 5000m PR please.

(btw, who the f* is DK?)

Some big headed guy, I think.

Good times never seemed so good.

I'm getting feeling that people in this place are fluffier than L&O.  You probably think that DK is an awesome runner.

Did you just call everyone fat?

Time? You want to know what time of day he ran his 5000m pr?

Time? You want to know what time of day he ran his 5000m pr?

Yes. I'd also like to know how long it took him to cover 5,000m. I'm prepared to believe that he would not be lapped by Komen - but only if he has run well under 14:00.
Having re-read his post, he is probably referring to 3,000m. I guess this is slightly more believable - so, Goorun, what is your 3,000m pr?

He (or someone) mentioned that Goorun has a sub 2:20 marathon PR from like 50 years ago or something. So that's 8:10.7 for 3000m.

Anyway, who the fuck does he think he is? Fluffy?

How do you keep your feet on the ground, when you know you were born to fly?
