Not in Chicago
Perfect for me.
You suck. You should just quit. Jackass. Welcome back.
My antitraining has me actually feeling pretty calm about things.
It's still 9 days away so addition to "chance of thunderstorms" you might want to include chance of tornado, hurricane, nor'easter, earthquake, flooding, mud slide, meteor shower, locusts, frogs and tsunami.
Runners run.
OK, I'll take meteor showers and/or locusts any day over plain old fog. Frogs would also be cool but I'm afraid they may be slippery underfoot.
mikey, you know what Brian is shooting for?
Miller Lite, I think.
He has a broken foot or big toe (for real) and has not been training all that hard but last I heard he is still running.
probably would've been better to post it in the tweak thread.

Shit.
You need your own tweak thread.
Either that or you can do what I've always done, which is just to just tweak all over the place in random threads so I annoy the hell out of everyone. No tweaking for me though, so I hope to be entertained by everyone else's.
No I don't.
For some reason, Madonna, on whom I have an on-again, off-again crush relationship (unilateral from what I can tell) since the mid 80s, is suddenly the most creepiest person in the world to me. And she is all over my ipod. When it's on shufffle, you never know when she is gonna pop up suddenly. It's like "Don't do that!" Easily fixable, just need to get to iTunes.
George, you are in a safe place.

The Logic of Long Distance
What? What? I thought we were in the trust tree, in the nest, were we not?
It's Monday
I hope we are saying this on a race morning in 2014.
