It's a 5k. It hurt like hell...then I tried to pick it up. The end.

You suck. You should just quit. Jackass. Welcome back.
Still a good time L - go spray beer on the others -- from the online results looks like a few hit PRs.
First fives miles at 7:15 pace, next 5 at 7:16 pace, next mile in 7:10, stopped to pee, came out with two daggers in my quads, the rest was hard: 4 at 7:23; 2 at 7:43; 1 at 7:57, 1 at 8:06 (hurting!), next at 7:47, last 1.2 at 7:15 pace.
Worked hard this cycle, so it's a little tough to have it go down like that. There is a life lesson in there somewhere.
Also, Jeff is awesome. The end.
Oh 22 minute PR. That is a bright side for sure. Okay, the end
Nice work guys. Go enjoy yourselves. Preferably with beer.
Good races everyone! Hope you're all having a cheese steak and a beer.
Have you qualified for Boston? I want to interview you!

Nice run guys! I've only done one marathon, it was philly (06?) and it convinced me to never do another. (that'll change next year). that long plod back from Manyunk was very, very painful.
+1 in hoping that you found your way to one of philly's amazing craft beer bars by now.
3:15:52. Not enough quality miles in this training cycle. Calves basically stopped working at 24. I was in great spirits throughout though: even had a good chuckle as Nads passed me around 24.5 and I could do nothing to try to keep up.
Pat Sajak, or whatever his name is....Jason? Seemed to be running strong. We chatted for a mile or so around 16 before he moved on in a very steadfast manner.
I like running alone.
Nicely done fellers.

Stadjak and I went to Jim's. Waited almost an hour for a cheesesteak and it was worth every minute.
Yeah, that was a damn good celebration meal for my 3:08:45. Though, my favorite part was when the guy in front of us asked for cheeze-whiz on the side and the grill-man just looked at him and shook his head slowly, then kept on grill'n.
2013 Goals: 18:49 5K • 1:25 HM • sub-3 Marathon • run lots of races
Current Status 5/13: challenging my Achilles issue -- building some base
