Is Boston 2013 going to be all full come 11/18?
Yes.
I'm flying..well...driving..solo. And staying at the Sheraton City Center.
And yes, reality for me is BQ for 2014 with a 3:20 or so. Maybe if training goes better than I expect I will adjust.
+1. BQ just dropped to 3:25 but figure I need a few minutes to actually get in.
I need to find the cheapest, closest hotel. Ideas?
MTA: I found this.

No. Just... no. Unacceptable. No.
I put it under there.
Not in Chicago
Well then.
You suck. You should just quit. Jackass. Welcome back.
WaltRB no fucking idea
Good. We're on the same page.
I like running alone.
Well, la dee dah.
You in for Jersey City?
Where's that?
IK, R?
90 miles this week for Train.
That makes it sound better than it was.
Exactly 3 of the 90 were run at your ho-hum long run pace.
OTOH, 5 miles today. Fucking life.
Cory's prolly gonna run 90 miles this week, then run a marathon.
Plus I have it in writing that if I agree to "race" Philly he will sign up.
Yep.
Thinking out loud.
I think I'm going to run the Baystate HM on 10/21. the following week is my last 20 miler. Weekend after that Pfitz plan calls for a race on Saturday and 17 miles on Sunday two weeks before the marathon. Taper down from there.
I don't know. I did that before Sugarloaf. 2 weeks before I ran a 5K (8 miles total with up/down), then the next day ran an easy 11.5 as a warm-up, then raced a 4.4 mile race hard. Broke 20 for the first time in the 5K and got my first AG placement on the Sunday race. But I think that was too much 2 weeks before the marathon. So I'm thinking that Baystate will be my final race tune-up. Goes against "the plan" but I think I peaked 2 weeks prior to Sugarloaf. It's hard to explain but I just didn't feel great the week leading up to Sugarloaf and didn't feel great on race day. As a masters runner, I think the hard work 2 weeks before is too much.
