How do I avoid fading on the late hills, in a marathon?
It's a 5k. It hurt like hell...then I tried to pick it up. The end.
Run hills on tired legs. Thanks for the reminder.

Well I think the best way to do this is to pick races like Chicago who really don't have any hills. Otherwise if you are at the end of a race just HTFU!
