Requesting a tweak (Read 497 times)

Okay Nads. You're two weeks out.

    AND....go.

    (make it good)

How do you keep your feet on the ground, when you know you were born to fly?

He's tweaking a bit in the Philly thread.  Big grin

Proofread carefully to see if you any words out.

Yea, but i'm gonna need an entire thread dedicated to it. I've become too lazy to sift for the good stuff. It took me way too long to find the kitten and rainbow source.

Nads is a stone cold assassin. He's beyond tweaking these days.

          Runners run.

Yea. Hopefully stone cold assassin like he narrowed down whether he'll take the strawberry banana power bar gels with x1 sodium or x4 sodium.

In seriousness... I can't wait to see this guy kick major ass.

I had a moment there, then I stuffed my face with Taco Bell; then I was all, calm; then I was like that cost you 2s per mile, hope you're happy; then I was all like calm down, man. Now I'm fine. Had a munchkin at the voting place. Mm.

                Taco bell = rocket fuel

                This is good.

Jim2's marathon predictor, based on Nader's recent half marathon, translated into a 10K equivalent, predicts a ~ 3:05:58.

MTA I used 4.75 as the factor, splitting the diff between 4.7 and 4.8.

                        What a nerd.

Yeah I am with you here.  Problem is I don't spend nearly as much time in the swamp as I used to so any thread that is over 5 pages is just too long.  It is like everything else these days.  I have like a 60 second attention span.  Plus on the long threads I forget where I left off at and don't want to reread crap.

So what is the line on the runners for Philly?  Predicted order of finish and predicted finish times?.

Is Philly the new code word for Trent's stupid marathon?

It's a 5k. It hurt like hell...then I tried to pick it up. The end.

                               3:05:58.

This has been the number in my head since I screwed everything up at NYC last year, thinking I could break 3 hours, wasting my training cycle on NOT a PR. Nads will do it first. Except I predict he goes a tiny bit faster. 3:04ish.

                              GO NADS!!
