looking to be another EPIC weekend.

Reduced training after Summer injury. Never quite got back into form and never hit any goal paces during the last couple of months save for the odd run, but mentally I am feeling great. Who know, maybe a restful week, some good weather and some old fashioned HTFU will yield a decent result.

40:53, on a 20:38/ 20:15 negative split. Ran by feel, and as it turns out, too conservatively. Spaced out after a long, into-the wind false flat. Once I pulled my head out of my ass, I finished the final 1.2 miles in 7:02. Passed enough folks to get 15th OA/ 2nd AG. I wish there were more road 10k's around these parts......I like the distance.
Frun= Fun run. I didn't make it up.
I like running alone.
