That's fine Trent, it just means that if I go beer shopping for you again I don't need to make a difficult choice between keeping the Hop Slam for myself and telling you that the stores were "all out" or being a good guy and sharing at least one bottle with you. Oh the humanity!!

Last night I really wanted beer for the Badger game. I had asked my wife not to keep beer in the house (Hey, I am in training man!), but usually that no good sneaky woman has some hid somewhere. I think (Can't be 100% sure) that she actually did what I asked and there was no beer in the house.
Well almost no beer - I still have a bucnh on Enigma - But since I am not going to have to bribe Trent this year for Monkey - WG has laid claim to it. I really do not care for it.

2013 is going to be a strange year for me. I will not hit 2,000 miles 1st. I will not run a gazillion miles in March. My legs will not feel like beat up, charred stumps most of the year. I will have enough time to hang with friends and do more fun things with family.

Heh, I've got plenty of anger to go around. Trust me, it's being channeled into training and redemption at FANS.
I'm bound and determined to hit 2K first this year. Running crazy doubles, mega-long runs and other stoopid shit to do something that clear thinking folks wouldn't give two shits about, but I ate paint chips as a kid so I care. Mostly because I know that type of volume will get me more prepared for FANS.
Hope Whistlestop works out for you to join the party. You'll get to witness an absolute mess at the beer tent after the race. With all you have planning for 2013 you might have to be my muse and kick in the ass to finally get that gawddamn sub-2:45.
